- Professor of Comedy Aaron Kozbial, quoting himself
Having over 10 years of comedy experience, Aaron Kozbial "The Professor of Comedy" has delighted clubs, colleges, and conventions across the United States." Aaron moved to Chicago to study sketch and improv comedy at the world famous Second City and Improv Olympics. After graduating he transitioned from improv and sketch to stand-up comedy.
"In improv, we are taught to treat the audience as intelligent human beings. To perform to the height of our own innate intelligence and creativity. So when I transitioned into stand-up, I stayed true to that mantra. I became The Professor out of necessity because the kinds of jokes I was writing had an intellectual bent to them. I wanted the audience to feel smart and hopeful and joyful. Everyone always tells children that they are the future but, honestly, anyone can be the future if they want to be."
